Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team at our assisted living community in Wisconsin. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities in a warm and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and transferring (e.g., bed to chair, walking assistance)
- Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and clean-up
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying rooms, etc.)
- Ensure residents’ safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow all facility policies, state regulations, and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CBRF experience or completion of a CNA program is a plus
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
