About the Role:
As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to our residents, adhering to organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Following resident care plans to ensure individualized attention and support.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, medical administration, and reporting requirements.
- Contributing to light housekeeping tasks in resident rooms or common areas.
- Engaging with residents through activities and events.
