Your Role and Responsibilities As a BCBA at Heartwise Support, you will:
Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and address challenges.
Provide in-person supervision and training for Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in care.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
Certification: Current BCBA certification.
Experience: Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Skills: Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
Transportation: Access to reliable transportation for in-person services.
Work Schedule
In-Person Requirement: This is an in-person role, with services provided at client homes or designated therapy locations in the Omaha metro, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.
Flexible hours: Monday to Friday
