ABA Client Care Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized ABA Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong relationships with parents, and ensure cases progress smoothly. This role is perfect for a people-oriented professional who can embody our mission and help families feel supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parent Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing updates and addressing their questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Case Management: Ensure all cases are progressing efficiently, helping families gather and submit required documentation.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and streamline operational processes to ensure services run seamlessly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to implement and maintain our holistic approach for each child.
• Vision Sharing: Clearly communicate and reinforce the company’s mission and vision to staff and families.
• Expansion Support: Assist with operational setup and management as we expand services into Utah.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Healthcare and Marketing: 2 years (Required)
