Role Summary
The Refractory Project Lead will be responsible for working with a crew or individually to provide refractory services to our customers. This role requires interacting with customers in a professional manner, being flexible to meet company needs, and gathering knowledge in areas of furnace maintenance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Five plus years' experience in refractory installation.
- Equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair skills.
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Maintenance practices knowledge.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certification or training in refractory systems.
