Responsibilities of the Executive Chef :
Manage all aspects of the dining program, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget control for the dining program.
Maintain visibility in the dining area to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Plan, prepare, and develop menu items tailored to the community’s preferences.
Train and develop dining team members to maintain high standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
BS or Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of food service experience, including 2 years in management.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Certification in food safety as required by local regulations.
