Responsibilities include:
- Establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals and objectives for clinical services that meet and promote the standards of the NYS Department of Health and overall high-quality resident care and services.
- Ensuring resident needs are identified, and care is coordinated between services and providers to promote high quality of life.
- Supporting the Director of Nursing by way of leading a team of exceptional health care professionals toward providing exceptional care.
Qualifications:
- A valid NYS nursing license in good standing.
- Prior nursing supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in Senior Living preferred.
