IMMEDIATE NEED

Here's the lowdown on what you'll be up to :

Setting up, fixing, and maintaining HVAC systems like furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and more.

Digging into systems to find out what's up when things go wonky.

Swapping out or fixing parts that aren't playing nice, from compressors to filters.

Sharing tips with clients on smart and wallet-friendly ways to upgrade their HVAC setup.

Keeping records of your work and what parts you've used.

Staying safe with the right gear and following all the rules.

Team up with your work buddies and bosses to get projects done smoothly and on time.

Chatting with clients to keep them in the loop, answer their Qs, and make sure they're happy campers.

What you'll need :

A high school diploma or something just as good; bonus points for HVAC training or certification.

Experience rocking it as an HVAC Technician.

A solid grasp of HVAC systems, from installing them to fixing them up.

EPA certification for handling refrigerants

The muscles to haul gear around and keep things moving.

Killer problem-solving skills and the gift of gab.

Knowing the ins and outs of playing it safe and doing HVAC right.
