What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Coordinator ( Homecare) position at Heavenly Care LLC?
Heavenly Care Homecare LLC is looking for a Client Care Coordinator. Here at Heavenly Care LLC we specialize in non medical home care services for the elderly or anyone in the need of home care assistance.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- 4 years of CNA/ PCA experience , Homecare experience , Hospital setting etc.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
- Can pass a background check and drug screen
- Office experience a PLUS!
- Strong customer service skills and communicates kindly and professional over the phone , emails , text messages and in-person meetings
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks
Job duties:
- Scheduling and conducting caregiver interviews
- Answers potential client inquiries whether made via phone or web and sells and qualifies them for home visits. Takes accurate referral/ service request information.
- Maintaining client and caregiver files
- Managing outgoing mail including invoices and intermittent larger projects such as customer satisfaction surveys and holiday cards
- Representing the company in a friendly and professional manner in all interactions including prospective , current and past clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
