Job Description:
We are opening a luxurious, family-friendly salon in Atwater, California, specializing in the Japanese Head Spa experience. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated individual who is passionate about personal growth and eager to contribute to the expansion of our business. While no prior experience is needed for the Head Spa position, we will provide comprehensive training, and candidates must have a valid massage therapist, cosmetologist, or aesthetician license. If you have experience in facials or knowledge of inner body care, that's a big bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Japanese Head Spa services after receiving comprehensive training, ensuring an exceptional, calming, and rejuvenating experience for guests.
• If you have facial experience, you’ll also provide facial treatments that align with our wellness approach.
• Provide top-notch customer service by creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere for all clients.
• Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work as part of a collaborative, dedicated team to ensure a high standard of service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace and ensure that every client leaves feeling refreshed and valued.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a valid massage therapist, cosmetologist, or aesthetician license.
