We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills.
- Previous experience in data entry and calendar management is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
