We are seeking our first Product Marketing Manager , someone who can refine our product messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, engagement, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met at each stage of the lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates Hebbia in the market and resonates with our target audience
- Serve as the key liaison between product, GTM, and engagement , ensuring alignment on feature releases, collateral, and messaging
- Collaborate with customers to create case studies and co-branded success stories
- Own development and standardization of GTM and engagement collateral (one-pagers, slide decks, blog posts, battle cards) to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Conduct market research to deeply understand user personas, competition, and trends, ensuring product-market fit
- Use marketing approaches (paid, social media, email, webinars, conferences, content) to increase awareness and adoption
- Monitor and analyze campaign and product launch performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Who You Are
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is set between $130,000-$180,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to : comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
