POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Development, this position assists in development office tasks including data cleanup, database queries and reporting, and editing lists and administrative tasks.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
● Database work-- merging records, generating acknowledgements, adding notes and tags to records.
● Creating polls for committee meetings in doodle or google, taking results (like contact information) from surveys and adding it to our database records
● Creating materials for fundraising outreach (lists with contact information, etc.)
● Contacting vendors to prepare for events (venues, caterers, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications
Experience
● Comfortable working in a donor database
● Confident in using spreadsheets
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
● Must be extremely detail-oriented
● Trustworthy and discreet, seeing donor information
● The ability to work cooperatively with a wide range of constituents and treat them fairly and respectfully
● Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest professional standards
● Excellent organizational skills; ability to establish and manage multiple priorities; ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Schedule:
