Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide strategic oversight of O2C ERP programs in collaboration with the client, ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to drive successful project execution.
- Provide PMO leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards.
- Guide the implementation of Oracle ERP solutions in the O2C domain, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches to address business needs.
- Lead and mentor project managers and teams, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across all project phases.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring continuous progress and resolution of obstacles.
- Report on project status, risks, and resource allocation to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and client-focused culture, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction with all project stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP developments and O2C trends to bring innovative solutions to the client s business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in leading O2C ERP programs, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations.
- Proven track record in providing PMO leadership, including project governance, strategy, and execution.
- Strong background in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and best practices within ERP environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with a history of driving successful project delivery.
- Experience managing complex projects, including overseeing budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
