We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with deep expertise in Mainframes including COBOL, CICS, DB2 and JCL to lead and deliver end-to-end enterprise transformation. You ll be working directly with client stakeholders to guide them through requirements, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support.
Must-Have Experience:
- Technical expertise in Mainframes including COBOL, CICS, DB2 and JCL
- Experience in VSAM databases and strong query skills
- Experience working with file systems
- Experience in agile leading the team
- Experience in working with offshore/Onshore model
- Client-facing experience in supporting applications by monitoring and resolving high priority production issues/bugs
- Experience working in Agile/Kanban methodology
Preferred:
- PBM domain experience
