Our Healthcare client is hiring a Senior Developer to drive the creation of innovative software solutions formedicalpractice.
Location: 6 months onsite daily in Tarpon Springs, FL then it will go to a traditional hybrid model.
Salary: $120,000-135,000 DOE benefits, pto, etc
Reason for Opening:
Client wants to hire a senior level developer that will help determine the Tech Stack they should use going forward; they currently have some .NET applications but they are open to someone that has other suggestions. They will eventually hire a few jr/mid developers later 2025/2026 to create a team.

As thebusiness grows, there's a clear path for this Developer to build a small team within 1-2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead software developer, working closely with business leaders to ensure that applications meet organizational needs.
- Select thetech stack going forward for the organization; implementingeffective tools and frameworks to build a scalable, innovative system from the ground up.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions from concept through deployment and support.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure that all code is scalable and cleanand adheres to industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software development; at least 2 years working in C# .NET
- Strong experience with SQL Serverand other databases.
- Experience working with/creating AI solutions or Automation tools.
- Proven ability to select and utilize the most appropriate tools, technologies, and languages for the job.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Design patterns, architectural best practices, and principles for building scalable systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading cross-functional teams.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
