Job Summary
Hedge's Landscaping is looking to hire a qualified individual or individuals to help take our team to the next level. This position will be for general landscape maintenance of our regular lawn and landscape maintenance customers, both residential and commercial. Prior landscaping experience and general knowledge of the work and tools are not required but preferred and willing to train the right teammates. Opportunities for the right individual to advance.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil health and plant selection.
• Carry out groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with tree care practices and lawn care techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
