Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled handyman with a keen eye for detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 years of experience in residential remodeling or handyman work
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, from basic repairs to high-end finishes
- Ability to manage and work within a team or independently
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Strong communication skills for regular reporting to management and clients
- Reliable, clean, and professional work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of tasks from basic maintenance to detailed finish work
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance when needed
- Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- All aspects of general remodel construction including (but not limited to):
- Framing
- Decking
- Tiling
- Drywall
- General labor
- Job-site clean up
- Finish carpentry
- etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
