Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, including troubleshooting electrical systems and working with logic controllers
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on high end homes
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, painting, and carpentry work
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members when necessary
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and work with logic controllers
- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on equipment and machinery
- Experience in facilities maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership skills to provide guidance to other team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English
