Responsibilities :
- Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
