A Project Manager Level II, Luxury Residential for Hedrick Brothers Construction is responsible for providing leadership,
planning, organization, direction and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals.
He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the Hedrick Brothers’ processes without sacrificing the
company’s commitment to quality, integrity and profits consistent with the set objectives. A Project
Manager, Level II accepts ultimate responsibility for the project success including quality assurance,
safety, financial performance and Owner satisfaction in addition to harmonious performance of the
project staff.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with preconstruction team on various estimating activities including cost estimate
proposal preparation.
- Read, understand and follow owner contracts.
- Manage the budget, schedule, plans and specifications for assigned project(s) by use of ProCore.
- Develop complete specialty contractor and material suppliers scope of work.
- Negotiate, create and process subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Provide monthly progress reports including construction schedule, showing baseline data and

- Review and approve all field cost expenditures.

- Reliable transportation and a valid, Florida Driver License required.
- Ability to sit with back at a 90-degree angle for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to stand up right for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to look at a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to navigate a construction site including uneven walkways, crawl spaces, etc.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both orally and in written form.
- Full dexterity of wrists and fingers required with repetitive motions.
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds.
