We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our prestigious luxury single-family home company in South Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee high-end residential projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
Proven track record of successfully completing luxury homes valued between $5 million and $15 million
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
Required Experience
At least one completed luxury residential project over 6,000 sq ft, managed from start to finish
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-end single-family home projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices
Familiarity with smart home technologies and high-end finishes
Knowledge of coastal construction requirements specific to South Florida
