About the Role - As the Luxury Residential Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the construction process for high-end, custom homes. You will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure that each project is delivered with the highest level of quality, precision, and on-time completion. Your role will require expert knowledge of construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee multiple ultra-luxury residential projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they meet all specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing updates on project progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring that the project remains on track and within financial constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate with a team of subcontractors, vendors, and craftsmen to ensure that each trade is completed to the highest level of craftsmanship and in alignment with project goals.
• Source and manage premium materials, products, and suppliers, ensuring the quality and exclusivity of every component of the project.
• Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience managing ultra-luxury residential projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-end, custom homes on time and within budget.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Procore.
• Deep understanding of high-end residential construction, including custom design elements, advanced building materials, and luxury finishes.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and direct contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• A strong understanding of high-end luxury aesthetics, design trends, and materials.
