Job Description
SYZYGY Global is looking for a results-driven, highly organized, and relentless Project Manager to lead our project team and ensure seamless execution of our luxury outdoor living projects. What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Execution
Oversee 70 open projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they move forward efficiently with no unnecessary delays.
Lead and manage the project team, including field staff, to maintain seamless execution.
Hold all team members accountable, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are proactively addressed.
Field & Team Oversight
Manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring field teams are operating efficiently and effectively.
Drive daily and weekly accountability with installers, vendors, and internal team members.
Ensure work is executed to perfection, with no compromises on quality.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Dive into project data and technology tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Develop and enforce best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall team performance.
Work closely with internal teams, including the Permit Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Client Experience Manager, to ensure each project phase transitions seamlessly.
Client Satisfaction & Communication
Ensure every project aligns with our brand’s reputation for luxury, precision, and premium service.
Support the Client Experience Manager by ensuring that field execution meets client expectations.
Address and resolve unexpected challenges immediately to maintain client satisfaction.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously—this role requires handling 70 active jobs at any given time.
Strong leadership skills—you should be comfortable leading teams, enforcing accountability, and making tough decisions.
Tech-savvy and data-driven—you should be able to leverage project management tools, track progress, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities—you need to be the person who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Excellent problem-solving skills—you need to anticipate, address, and resolve issues before they become problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with luxury clientele or high-end projects.
Proficiency in Mac-based software, project management platforms, and CRM tools.
