Position : AP Clerk / Front Desk
Pay Rate : $24.00 / hourly
Location : Livermore, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
Job Description :
The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk / Front Desk position is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes while also providing excellent front desk support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and assist with financial documentation.
Dress Code : Business Casual
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review invoices, match to packing slips
- Obtain signatures on invoices as required
- Accurately enter invoices into system per company protocols
- Follow-up on missing / incomplete paperwork
- Communicate with multiple Divisions
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Answer Phones
- Bi-weekly Office Supply orders
- Daily mail distribution
