Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Lodi, CA
Pay: $25-25/hr.
Job Description:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including payable/receivables, bank reconciliation, payroll processing through ADP, GL entries and preparation of financial statements. Handle some tax preparation and interact with external auditors, ensure compliance with financial regulations. Conduct financial analysis, participate in budgeting and forecasting. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness. Knowledge of general office management procedures. Serve as point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes. Communicate with clients and vendors as needed. Other responsibilities: Assist with fundraising activities and programs.
Listing of Duties:
- Payables/Receivables
- Legal filing
- Financial reporting to Board of Directors
- Payroll time sheets/submit to ADP
- Expense reporting to the County for reimbursement
- Annual budgeting and audit
- Annual budgeting for County grants
- Weekly cash reconciliation and bank deposit
- Annual renewals
- EOY reports for auditor
- EOM Reconciliations
- Assist with fundraising efforts and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years extensive bookkeeping and HR experience, advanced knowledge of accounting principles. Proficient in using accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel/Word. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and follow through. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
Salary : $25 - $28
