Position Description
Naadi Healthcare is a premier healthcare company focusing on the development and operation of outpatient medical facilities. This job will full time and can be a hybrid position.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Review and process invoices for accounts payable for multiple entities and locations
- Review medical supply inventory at various medical facilities
- Work with local medical facility staff to reconcile and review medical supply orders.
- Review spending history and coordinate alternative product pricing with local medical facility staff on a quarterly basis
- Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reporting for each entity.
Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Education and Experience Requirements:
- QuickBooks Online
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Experience preferred
- Familiarity with or the ability to learn some finance and business skills beneficial.
- Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
