What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.
