What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
• 2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.
• Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.
• Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value.
