What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve company goals.
- Implementing and maintaining safety and environmental compliance programs.
- Managing budgets, cost control, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

- Competitive base salary - $84,730 - $116,500
