What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing plant operations and ensuring production targets are met
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Leading and mentoring a team to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
