What You'll Be Doing
Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials and finished products. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues. Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.
What Are We Looking For
Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather. Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment controls.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
