- Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials and finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.What Are We Looking For
- Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment controls.Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.Work Environment
