Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingOversee and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.Collaborate with the strategy and development team to align transactions with business objectives.Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing strategic advice to senior management.Assist in the integration of acquired entities post-closing, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance.What Are We Looking ForPreferred 10-15 years' experience with corporate, M&A background.
