Position Title: Field Mechanical Superintendent

What You Will Be Doing
- Create and maintain an environment for safe work practices in line with company safety expectations
- Create and maintain an environment for quality work practices in line with company quality expectations
- Thorough knowledge of drawings and compliance with project documents to supervise, coordinate and schedule all work at the site. Ensure construction meets all local, state, and national codes.
- Manage a group of skilled employees / subcontractors in construction, maintenance, and testing of process systems and components across multiple sites.
- Manage project materials, tools, equipment and labor to support project(s) on time schedule completion.
What We Are Looking For
- Must have 10 years working as an Mechanical Craftsman
- Must be able to read prints and demonstrate thorough knowledge in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Must have good leadership and communication skills with customers co-workers and supervisors
- Must have experience working on an industrial construction project
- Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience

Conditions of Employment:

Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
