What You'll Get to Do
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying and recording accounts payable data
- Manage purchase orders including tracking and reconciling with invoices
- Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Perform fuel and raw materials inventory invoice reconciliations
- Generate accounts payable reporting
- Assist with month-end closing
- Participate in special projects
What We Are Looking For
- Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team environment and being able to work independently as required
- Computer competency using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Computer competency using MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
