What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineering teams, and operations staff to schedule and prioritize tasks across multiple product lines.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Estimate time, resources, and costs for maintenance jobs, manage inventory, and work with vendors to procure necessary tools and parts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, while maintaining accurate records and running reports for management.
