This encompasses classroom educational technology, computer labs, application and server software, printing infrastructure, and networking support. Reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use arms, hands and fingers to operate and manipulate equipment generally found in an office setting. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage Canvas LMS configuration and support
- Support educational technology in classrooms
- Manage hardware and software life cycles in all computer labs
- Resolve Helpdesk incidents relating to systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support for faculty and staff workstations
- Assist with configuration and support of VoIP telephony
- Assist with administration of MS Active Directory domain
- Assist with administration of campus networks
- Assist with other CNIT tasks as assigned

Education and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree – computer science, technology, or a related field
- 3 years work experience
- Experience with Canvas or another LMS
- Experience with classroom educational technology
- Experience working with MS Active Directory
- Experience working with Cisco and Meraki networking
- Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to relate to diverse cross-sections of individuals.
