Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP with offices in Manhattan, Garden City, White Plains, Albany and Shelton, CT is seeking mid-level attorneys with 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience who are ready to take their next step and handle the defense of medical malpractice cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
- Drafting and responding to discovery demands
- Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
- Conducting depositions
- Meeting with expert witnesses
- Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
- Writing motions on a variety of complex legal and medical issues
