Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Butler, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment to support the production process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing routine maintenance tasks, and contributing to process improvements. In addition, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. If you have prior experience in manufacturing, material handling, or production, we encourage you to apply. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $51 plus shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as a monthly production incentive bonus.
