Massage Heights The Woodlands is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Spa Sales Associates. As a dynamic and upbeat team member, you’ll engage with customers to create an exceptional experience that boosts our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction within a fast-paced, professional spa environment—all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests by professionally answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, warmly greeting individuals upon arrival, and assisting with check-out procedures
• Promote and sell memberships, elevation packages, retail products, and gift cards, while actively identifying opportunities to upsell additional services to guests
• Support the upkeep of cleanliness and organization in therapy rooms, common areas, and the merchandising section
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Confidently recommend and sell multiple packages, multi-level accounts, and retail products, ensuring that each guest is aware of the full range of services we offer
• Maintain a friendly, upbeat attitude at all times, prioritizing customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming environment for all
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with both members and guests to ensure clarity and a positive experience
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to a dynamic team atmosphere while providing exceptional service
  
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed $15 hourly pay, with opportunity to earn additional monthly commissions & Bonus based on performance and goal achievement

Part-time position currently available, with shifts across days, evenings, and weekends. Mandatory availability; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

Our Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-9pm

Friday 9am-9pm

Saturday 9am-7pm

Sunday 10am-6pm
