This leadership team role involves leading a diverse team of office staff and in-field project managers. The project managers supervise both subcontractors and full-time employees. The Operations Manager would manage 5-7 direct reports, who oversee 60-70 total painters. The Operations Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Job Duties Include:
- Spend 60% of your time in the office and 40% of your time in the field in order to lead, manage, and hold the operations team accountable inline with EOS framework.
- Work with project managers to resolve issues during project execution.
- Ensure Heiler Painting Protocol is up to date and followed by all
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor job progress, safety compliance, and quality.
- Ensure a superior customer experience through effective communication, issue resolution, and attention to client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to achieve gross margin goals, analyzing financial reports to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate Accounts receivable collection/issues
- Software compliance
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve company 1yr, 3yr, and 10yr targets.
- Maintain fleet of vehicles

What We Offer:
- $65-80k base salary based on experience plus quarterly bonuses
- Earning potential: $100,000–$150,000 annually.

- 5 years experience in the construction/painting industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to occasionally work or handle issues that arise after hours or on weekends
- 5 years management experience in the construction/painting industry
- Valid driver’s license (a vehicle will be provided)
