Job Summary

The Human Resources Summer Associate will support critical HR functions, including interview scheduling, compliance audits, and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews to ensure a smooth process.
• Audit I-9 documentation and new hire paperwork for compliance and accuracy.
• Verify rehire documentation and audit disposition codes in the applicant tracking system.
• Review offer letters for accuracy and compliance.
• Update company job descriptions with an emphasis on clear and concise language.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with HRIS systems. ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
