What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Of House Manager position at HEIRLOOM MARKET?
- Heirloom Market in Wethersfield, CT is looking to hire a front of house manager to join our team. We are located at 263 Main Street in historic Old Wethersfield. Heirloom Market is not only a Café, but also, a coffee shop, grocery, bakery, seed store, and event space. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. The right person for this job must be great at managing people and providing the highest level of customer service. Compensation will be based on experience level. Possible bonus structure for event bookings. Benefit package to include health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all front of house staff including but not limited to: hiring employees, training front of house staff, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, scheduling shifts, helping to organize events, booking events, solving customer complaints, and adhering to safety practices.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in a related field
- previous restaurant experience a must
- previous management experience a plus
