Lead Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle efficient and high-quality repairs at various residential property types, as scheduled daily.
• Master-level troubleshooting a variety of maintenance challenges, including those pesky, complex issues.
• Keep of meticulous records, documenting all work completed, expenses incurred, and more.

Lead Maintenance Technician Key Requirements:

• Previous residential maintenance experience, with plumbing and electrical skills.
• Personal vehicle and a toolkit for daily work, plus a willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with related apps and systems.
• Strong technological skill; including work order documentation in the forms of notes and photos through a cellphone application. 
  

Lead Maintenance Technician Key Skills:

• HVAC
• Plumbing (both in-wall and out-of-wall)
• Electrical (both in-wall and out-of-wall)
• Stellar time management skills
• Expertise in escalating job orders
• Exceptional team communication skills

Lead Maintenance Technician Employment Details: 

• Employment Type:
  • Full Time
  • 40 hours/week
  • Overtime-Eligible on occasion
  • In-the-field
• Schedule:
  • Weekly schedule of a choice of either:
    • Five days of 8-hour shifts (or)
    • Four days of  12-hour shifts
  • Once-monthly on-call rotation at maximum (Bonus Stipend)
• Pay Schedule:
  • Direct Deposit
  • Weekly on Friday's
• Pay Range (Dependent upon prior experience, skills, etc) 
  • $20-30 per hour

Lead Maintenance Technician Minimum Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to bend, stoop, and navigate various physical movements.
• Comfortable walking up and down stairs.
• Proficient in pushing and pulling objects as required by the job.

Lead Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have use of a personal insured vehicle for transportation for work-related travel.
• Must pass a criminal background study.
