Property Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be of the age of 18 or older
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
Property Maintenance Technician Key responsibilities:
- Make repairs at properties as requested, troubleshooting a variety of maintenance problems
- Maintain organized records, including documentation of all work completed, expenses, etc.
- Expand scope of repairs able to be made by taking ownership for solving problems, asking questions, and continuing to learn
Property Maintenance Technician Key requirements:
- Maintenance or construction experience, formal or informal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have personal vehicle and tools for daily work use, and be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively use related apps and systems

- Hourly
