Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of check processing systems, including integration points between applications.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and document workflows, system interactions, and architectural designs.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation including architectural diagrams, interface maps, and process flows using tools like Visio.
- Manage project intake from the business via ServiceNow and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
- Organize and improve task management across the team; maintain and update the Jira board regularly.
- Ensure the team remains functional and effective in the absence of the manager (including during maternity leave).
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in project intake, process refinement, and architectural documentation.
- Technical acumen to engage in integration discussions and understand complex systems.
- Banking industry experience is required.
- Proficient in Agile methodology; Jira expertise is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and task management skills.
- Strong communicator – able to collaborate across teams and adapt tone as needed.
- Self-starter – must be able to work independently without needing reminders or micromanagement.
