What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solution Consultant position at Heizing?
Main Responsibilities :
1. Be familiar with industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing products (such as AGV robots, machine vision, 3D SLAM laser navigation, etc.), and understand the overseas market industry.
2. Be responsible for the pre-sales support work of products and solutions such as AGV robots, shelf carriers, and lean logistics improvement.
3. Have a good command of enterprise system knowledge such as MES, WMS, and EAP.
4. Be able to assist sales personnel in conducting pre-sales demand research, write technical proposal and tender documents, explain technical solutions, and present PPTs.
5. Manage and maintain customer relationships using the company's platform and independently handle and solve technical problems.
6. Be able to think independently and solve problems and cooperate with the sales team to complete the company's sales tasks.
Capability Requirements :
1. A bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to mechanical industrial automation, industrial engineering.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the industry of related products.
3. Outgoing personality, quick - witted, strong communication skills.
4. Have capabilities in product analysis and have a good sense of customer service.
5. Be responsible and able to withstand high work pressure.
