The HELEN FARABEE CENTER is seeking a compassionate and skilled Peer Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to empower them in their recovery journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver support services to individuals in an outpatient setting, providing recovery and wellness support, mentoring, and advocacy.
- Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness by sharing your recovery story.
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from a standard high school or GED.
- Eligible for certification as a Mental Health Peer Specialist according to State Authority's guidelines and ViaHope policies and procedures.
