Overview
Signet Health is hiring for a Texas licensed social worker for the position of Director of Behavioral Health with our program in Olney, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position with a generous starting salary and sign-on bonus.
Specific duties as will include:
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Services
- Leading program development
- Coordinating short- and long-term strategic planning
- Ensuring full compliance with contractual matters
- Establishing strong ties with the community leaders and organizations
Requirements/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a compliance driven leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity.
- Master's Degree preferred (Psychology, Nursing, or Healthcare Related field)
- Valid state license as an LCSW is strongly preferred
- 5 years of hospital based behavioral health experience
- Successful management experience
